British Blue Wool Fingering by Erika Knight, or the Blue Faced Leicester (BFL) yarns in general, are often called the "cashmere of British wool", and for a reason. Luxurious and with a beautiful shine, soft and yet low pilling, hard-wearing and with a fine stitch definition - all this makes Bristish Blue Fingering wool an all-purpose yarn and therefore perfect for everything - from accessories over scarves to sweaters. Approx. 8 to 10 skeins (400-500g) are usually enough for a medium-sized sweater.
